PERSONALITY: Just like most fairies, Sugar is happy, friendly, and full of energy. She acts very cute and adorable to most, with boundless energy to spare. She is very curious and tends to ask question after question. Sugar is especially entertaining to watch. Her curiosity often gets her into trouble, but that’s just the way she is. She is easily excited and just loves adventure and sweet tasting food. Sugar very loyal. She loves to make friends and will try to make everyone around her happy.
But Sugar is easily afraid of bigger things, often thinking they want to eat her. Some say she is naïve, annoying, and just plain troublesome from all the trouble she gets into. Sugar is not a fighter by far. She is more likely to run away and hid then to fight back, making her useless in a fight. Sugar seems to have a never ending stomach for sweets and will complain when hungry. She is definitely considered weak and tiresome by nearly everyone.
HISTORY: Sugar was born growing up alone. She’s taken care of herself for as long as she can remember. She never knew her parents and doesn’t even know if she has any. But that doesn’t bring her down. She is just happy travelling the world over.
Sugar never had a place to call home either. With her need for adventure, she never took to stay in one place for long. She’s travelled the world around and around again, searching for something new. But nonetheless, she continues on in her travels.
One day, she was eating some berries, when a bird came down. She wanted to make friends with it being only 3. However, the bird saw her more as food then a friend. He tried to eat her. He pecked and pecked, barely missing. Terrified, she flew into a hole in a nearby tree too small for the bird to fit in. But the bird didn’t give up. He tried and tried to get to her. Pecking at the hole, he worked to make it big enough for him to reach her. After 4 hours of trying, a mouse caught the bird’s eyes. He flew off to catch his new prey, leaving her alone. She’s been afraid of being eaten since.
At the age of 5, Sugar met another fairy named Terry. The two were playing hide and seek near a small creek. While Sugar was flying from Terry, Terry moved the water of the stream to stop her and tag her. Sugar was surprised when she saw this and asked how she did it. Terry simply answered she tried to move it and it moved. Hearing how simple it was Sugar gave it a try, but nothing happened. She was pretty sad about it. Terry tried to comfort her. Sugar tried and tried but the water would not move. Finally, the fire of her spirit let loose and released 2 small fire balls from her hand. That was when Sugar discovered she was a fire fairy and could move fire.
