Something lurked around the abandoned Temple that it calls home. A long howl was heard as the demon wolf straight from hell herself walked out of the Temple, this was black rose. She walked slowly out of the Temple her head held high her horns as sharp as ever and her tail lowered. She sighed taking in the fresh air a look of pleasure in her eyes. As she walked further from the Temple she looked toward the sky "hm, it's nice today, but something doesn't feel right," she said softly to herself. she sat down into the soft grass and scanned the area, then sniffed the air "hm something is around here, and I don't like it," she said her lips curling up into a slight snarl.

Kilala wandered around the forest. Her pet cat demon, Kiara, followed closely at her heels. The two weren't sure where they were, but that didn't matter. It was just a new adventure for them. The sun was shinning through the leaves of the tall trees surrounding the two. It wasn't hot out, but at the same time it wasn't cold. These kind of days made Kilala the happiest.
Kiara titled her head to the side. Something caught her attention and she took off toward it. "Kiara? Wait! Where are you going?" The young half demon shouted before taking chase. Her white dress pressed against her body as she ran, white cat tail swaying with each step. The blue ribbons on her arm and leg somehow managed to stay in place.
Kilala regrettably lost where her pet went. Tired, she stopped and started to pant. Her white feline ears drooped in exhaustion. Where had Kiara gone? The half demon didn't know. She was a little worried. Kiara had never run off like that before. What had gotten into her.
It was then that the sound of growling caught her ears. They perked up. Who or what was that? It didn't sound like Kiara. The young girl slowly caught her breath and went to investigate. Maybe her companion had found something? She came to the entrance of a temple. It looked really old and abandoned, that is except the large wolf standing in front of it. Its teeth bared and snarling. Kilala jumped back and gasped. What was she going to do? This was not her friend and it didn't seem to like her. Kilala pulled her hands behind her, grasping the small silver bell that hung on the silver bracelet on her left wrist. All it took was two simple words and she would have a weapon if she needed it.

Black rose slowly backed away from the half demon cat girl her scorpion tail raised as she looked at her with her amber eyes "who are you?" she spoke out her armored skin reflecting the Small patches of light that came through the branches. she walked slowly closer walking in a circle around her sniffing the air and eying her carefully. "you are not human, but not a full demon ether, your a half breed correct?" she asked walking a few steps closer never taking her eyes off the girl as a few small wisps of blue static emitted from her jagged horns.

"Who are you? You are not human, but not a full demon ether, you're a half breed correct?" Questioned the animal. It started to circle Kilala. She grew nervous. She didn't want to fight, but she sure didn't want to be killed either. "I'm K-Kilala." The young girl stuttered. "Y-yes. I am." Her eyes followed the creature as it circled her. She wished Kiara hadn't run off. Then she wouldn't have been here in this mess.
"You're a full demon, right?" Kilala asked. She knew most humans feared and hated her because of her demon side. However, she had never come across a full demon. Would they hate her because of her human side? Only time would tell. The only pure demon she knew was Kiara but she was more of a pet then anything. Kilala didn't think it matter what her race was to the small cat. She would love and protect her no matter what.

Black rose held her head up to the sky howling to the heavens as to show her proud pure blood as she then gave her a evil smile "yes I am," she stepped closer keeping her head low her fanged bared. "I smell a small cat demon,.... female in fact.... where is she?" she looked knowing the girl had something with her or used to. she sniffed her more closely her nose almost touching the girls leg as she nipped her still walking around her with her tail raised.

Kilala watched the animal continue to circle her. "Yes, I am. I smell a small cat demon,.... female in fact.... where is she?" The demon wolf sniffed at her, barely not touching her. A shiver split down her spin. The feeling was strange. Kilala answered. "I don't know. She took off and I lost her." Her hand fingered the bell on her bracelet, still behind her back. Though it didn't matter, as the beast still circled her. Did it want to eat her or kill her? She didn't know yet. One thing showed that it didn't seem very friendly.

Black rose sniffed the air once more "your kitty pet is very close i can smell her but.... i can't hear or see her. Why so nervous? I won't kill you, I don't eat half demons it's like eating junk food," she laughed if she didn't kill her she would drive her to the point of attacking. 'hm half human half the power, your just a worthless half breed... even if i did kill you no one would care they would just forget about you like I try not to remember my father but he was a demon... i have reasons for hating him..." she nipped at the girl's leg barely piercing the skin causing a very small trickle of blood to run down her leg. "you are weak! worthless! nothing!" she said trying to provoke her.

I have reasons for hating him... You are weak! worthless! nothing!" The demon nipped her leg causing it to bleed. Kilala glared. What had she done? She couldn't help that her mother was human and her was father was a demon. Why did everyone blame her for it?
"I'm not weak! Hakkei Zangetsu!" She shouted. The bell flashed white and transformed into a large sword. "What have I ever done to you?" Kilala asked now holding the sword in her hand and not the bell. "I know no one would care. No one cares for the people caught in-between. It's not my fault I'm only half of two races." She snapped. The half demon was tired of being shunned.

Black rose laughed "awww I think I hit a nerve! Well well this kitty's got claws." she has an evil smile upon her face as she kept walking around her. she Howled as she rushed past missing as a bluff she knocked down a tree with her horns. She let out a slow breath of frost freezing the ground around them making it a little slick. she now ran around the girl as a simple slow pace barely trying. "kitty pet, kitty pet, I've found a kitty pet!" she laughed, she was going to enjoy this fight. her horns began to emit small bolts of electricity. She charged before shooting a large thunderbolt at kilala. and began running faster not much but faster. She jumped over her and ran the other direction doing this every so often.

"Awww I think I hit a nerve! Well well this kitty's got claws. Kitty pet, kitty pet, I've found a kitty pet!" The wolf taunted. Tears started to roll down Kilala's cheeks. Why? Why did she have to deal with this? Why were others so cruel? It didn't make sense. She hadn't hurt anyone before, never said anything mean. Why did everyone else treat her like dirt?
Just then a small ball of creme fur jumped in front of Kilala. Growling. "Kiara!" Kilala shouted in relief of the site of her missing pet. Kiara was standing teeth bared and fur raised. The wolf shot a bolt of electricity at the two. "Kiara, no! You'll get hurt!" Kilala scooped up the cat and flipped the blade of the sword in front of them to block the hit. Tears still fell from her brown eyes. So this was how it was going to be, her trying to protect her friend from another hateful being.

black rose repeated this for a wile before she appeared behind the girl her tail lashed out stabbing the small cat injecting venom as she pulled it out and jumped back. she waited to hear the thing scream in pain. she howled seemingly to taunt more. her horns glistened as she charged at the girl. She then turned and charged again like an angered bull.
She began leaping over her in between charges to confuse her to get her to lose focus She growled snarled and laughed as she practically danced about fighting half hearted. her back was heavily armored but her belly was only covered in soft fur... Her weak-spot!

"Why? Why does everyone act so cruelly to those who have no control over their birth?" Her voice was small. The demon didn't let up. In fact, she became more aggressive. Attack after attack. Kiara let out a howl as the demon hit her with her tail. Kilala was done. She wasn't going to let her only friend be killed. She swung the large sword, spinning in a circle. Trying to get some distance. Kiara mewed quietly. Kilala knew she had to get the cat some kind of antidote. Fast.
Her eyes stayed on the wolf. She knew the demon was trying to get her to lose focus. But she couldn't, her life and the life of her faithful pet were on the line. Kilala continued to swing and block what she could. They had to get away. They only needed an opening to run. Kilala hated fighting, but she hated killing more. All she needed was a chance to run.

Black rose jumped back when she began swinging her sword she now had a small gash on her side where the sword got her.... around her neck was a small vile.... the antidote. But between kilala and the antidote was claws, fangs, jagged horns, and rose's lethal tail. Black rose growled as she began to charge her horns... first static charges came off then a ball of blue lightning started forming in front of them, but it took a wile to charge. Black rose waited for a good opportunity to fire..... it would be fast and hard to block but it she moved quick enough it could be avoided. "I'm only doing you a favor, to rid you of your suffering you may rest in peace.... or pieces." she dug her claws into the ground and let off the explosive attack. when she released it she scooted back a few feet.

"I'm only doing you a favor, to rid you of your suffering. You may rest in peace.... or pieces." The wolf girl howled. Brown eyes filled with determination, stared at her. "I don't want that kind of help. Kilala snapped back. Brown eyes spotted the vial hanging on the neck of the girl. It had to be the antidote. She had to figure out some way to get it.
Her attention went to the sound of lighting. A ball was headed toward her. She let go of the sword and grabbed the cat at her feet, jumping off to the side. The ball of lightning skimmed her shoe but she was alright. Kilala set Kiara off to the side and ran back to grab the sword, all the while thinking of a way to get the vial she needed.

She saw the girl looking at the vile "oh, ok Tell you what, if you can snatch this vile from my neck I'll leave you be, I know you want this antidote." She snickered as she ran zigzagged and in circles not attacking but taunting her going just out of her reach. AS he let out echoing cries 'kitty pet, kittypet...." over and over. quieter and quieter
